Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests and account maintenance inquiries, using product knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and grow client relationships through high‑quality, personalized interactions in person and by outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to promote self-service adoption and refer clients to internal partners.
• Support financial center operations: opening/closing, vault management, night depository, cash drawer setup, balancing.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and supervisory overrides, maintaining balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, security standards and professional appearance.
• Manage lobby traffic, perform research, and participate in special projects as assigned by management.
