Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, and related tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
• Build client relationships through conversations and identify opportunities to offer bank products and services.
• Support branch referral goals by identifying and referring basic bank products.
