Job summary

Columbia Bank in Eugene, OR is seeking a friendly Teller to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering on our Breakthrough Client Service Standards while ensuring accurate, ethical transactions. You will perform teller transactions, handle deposits and withdrawals, balance the cash drawer, and maintain confidentiality while mitigating risk and supporting branch operations.

A High School Diploma or GED is required and 2 years of banking or customer service experience is preferred;

Responsibilities

• Performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balances cash drawer and supports daily branch tasks.
• Mitigates risk by safekeeping money and ensuring accurate accounting.
• Interacts with clients to uncover needs and offers appropriate bank products and services.
• Refer basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
