Job summary

Columbia Bank is hiring a Teller to serve as the first contact for clients at our Pasco branch. You will perform accurate teller transactions, balance drawers, and help deepen client relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate bank products.

With guidance from the Branch Manager, you will ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulations while delivering proactive, high-quality service in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and instructions.
• Able to learn and follow bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits and other tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding cash and funds transfers.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and offer suitable products/services.
• Maintain lobby rate sheets and brochures as needed.
