Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional service, acquire and manage client relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions.

You will use Chase Mobile and digital tools to enhance the client experience, educate customers on products, and collaborate with specialists for complex needs. This role requires adherence to regulatory requirements and weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Meet with assigned clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking needs and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
