Coastal Windows & Exteriors is seeking a Production Administrator in Beverly, MA to support the Production Department and be the primary customer contact through the installation process.

Responsibilities include scheduling installations, handling inquiries, maintaining project records in the CRM, and assisting the Production Coordinator with daily operations. Strong communication and organization are essential to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in administrative support, coordination, customer service, or operations.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers during production and installation processes.
• Schedule installations, walkthroughs, and appointments; coordinate with crews and managers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records; generate status reports.
• Support Production Coordinator with daily operations and administrative tasks.
