Responsibilities

• Ensure all purchases are accurately recorded in financial, CRM, and receiving reports and invoices, and trace them to company accounting to maintain competitive pricing and profitability.
• Audit company contracts and review purchase orders, delivery documents, employee paperwork, and measurements to verify amounts claimed for labor and materials.
• Analyze COGS to improve production efficiency and cost management.
• Ensure departmental goals are met and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee material ordering to ensure quality and cost control.
• Enter data and use MATP and LATP systems to provide proper ordering and installation guidance.
• Participate in corporate initiatives and process improvements as needed.
• Update the operating system with job status and customer information.
• Establish controls and monitor progress of all processes involved in designated operations.
