Job summary

Moss is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience from initiation to installation and close-out. You will translate client needs into clear plans and keep internal teams and third-party vendors aligned to deliver them on time and within budget.

The PM serves as the client’s main contact, ensuring proactive communication, meticulous documentation, and hands-on coordination across resources; travel for onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong track record of proactive client communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% including onsite installations and potential weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, communicating proactively from initiation through closing.
• Develops detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, installation, and cost.
• Acts as consultant to find creative solutions and solves problems at every planning step.
• Conducts site surveys and takes accurate field measurements.
• Creates and implements installation plans, coordinating internal resources and external vendors.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, tracking milestones and risks.
