Job summary

Moss Holding Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client relationships from project initiation through installation and close‑out. You will organize and coordinate internal resources and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires proactive communication, meticulous documentation, and hands‑on coordination across teams. Travel of about 30% should be expected for site visits and installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through closing.
• Develops detailed project plans covering scope, installation, timeframes, and costs.
• Acts as expert consultant, solving problems with creative solutions.
• Conducts site surveys and takes accurate field measurements.
• Creates and implements installation plans, coordinating internal resources and third‑party vendors.
• Ensures on‑time and on‑budget delivery, tracking milestones and risks.
• Manages client approvals, lead times, art file requirements, deadlines, and rush fees.
• Maintains comprehensive project documentation and status updates.
• Collaborates with production teams and vendors and travels as needed.
