Job summary

Stone Hendricks Group seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to service a book of personal insurance accounts in Kentucky. You will handle onboarding to renewal, respond to policy questions, and collaborate with Producers to ensure timely, accurate service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in personal lines, a Property & Casualty license, and strong communication. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, with a client-focused, consultative approach to coverage and pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance industry experience servicing personal lines accounts.
• Ability to explain coverage clearly and provide practical guidance to clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts from onboarding through renewal
• Provide a consultative, service-oriented approach to client interactions
• Service policies including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and related personal lines products
• Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, endorsements, billing, and policy changes
• Prepare and market new business and renewal quotes to ensure appropriate coverage and competitive pricing
• Work with multiple carrier underwriters and online rating platforms
• Identify, collect, and manage information needed for upcoming renewals
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records
