Job summary

Provident Protection Plus in Kentucky is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a personal lines book of business and deliver outstanding service to clients. You will support renewals, advise on coverage options, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to grow trusted relationships.

A licensing, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned personal lines book of business.
• Support policy renewals in accordance with established agency timelines.
• Assist clients with coverage modifications and provide guidance regarding coverage options, exclusions, and exposures.
• Submit renewal applications and coverage specifications to insurance carriers and negotiate coverage solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• Prepare proposals, issue binders and ID cards, process policy changes, and support policy administration activities.
• Review policies and endorsements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to expand insurance relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to agency procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support customer and business objectives.
