Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides clients with friendly service and meets financial needs by completing transactions and uncovering opportunities to promote additional services.
Greets clients and identifies needs, promotes bank products, and refers clients to the appropriate colleague.
Opens personal accounts, CDs and cross-sells bank services.
Answers client inquiries and resolves less complex issues.
Builds client loyalty and relationships, addressing clients by name.
Delivers exceptional customer service to every client.
Participates in retail sales programs to meet goals.
Participates in team meetings and community/education programs related to the position.
