Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers or cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information with advanced math concepts.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Understanding Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required for employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Utilize approved tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs in the sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
