The position emphasizes achieving sales goals, leveraging digital platforms, and collaborating with partners to expand client relationships.

• Provides fast, easy, and personal service aligned with Company client service standards; resolve problems, build relationships, handle special requests, greet clients, and ensure timely resolution.
• Promotes consumer and small business banking products to clients and prospects through direct sales techniques and conversations about banking needs.
• Achieves sales goals daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Develops relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and achieve sales standards.
• Opens checking and savings accounts, processes client transactions, and recommends other bank products.
• Educates clients on digital platforms and uses them to improve their banking experience.
• Refers products across business lines and educates clients on additional services.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and protects client information and bank assets.
• Implements center operations procedures, maintains cash, and documents procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of regulations and policies through ongoing training.
• Completes monthly training to stay current on regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
