Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by improving the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and PNC resources.
