Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute and submit client account servicing requests (e.g., wires, fund transfers) within defined timeframes.
• Open/close accounts and maintain accurate records; conduct information imaging and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain required information for requests.
• Perform cash transactions, daily balancing, and adhere to WM Lobby Banking Operations policies.
• Monitor reports and assist with banking audits as directed by the Team Leader/Manager.
• Assist with Safe Deposit Box maintenance and respond to client inquiries about products and services.
