• 3+ years of experience in banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Delivers a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions and leverages partnerships to acquire and retain relationships.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share with differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement.
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participates in branch daily operations.
