Job summary

You will manage client relationships, ensure accurate payroll data, and assist with ADP software and payroll processes, with opportunities to learn local, state, and federal payroll laws.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong detail orientation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system.
• Process payrolls in a timely manner to meet deadlines; update records and review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
• Maintain trusted client relationships and provide technical software support.
