The role emphasizes collaboration with creditors, agencies, and law offices to help clients settle unsecured debt while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
