Advance America in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving personal and branch sales goals. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a sales mindset, and the ability to educate customers on loan options and terms.

You will drive acquisition through storefront and online channels, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics in a compliance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year in sales/retail/banking/collections is a plus.
• Strong math skills, good communication, and ability to work with policies and compliance.
