Core States Group is seeking a skilled Project Planner (Land Development) to join our team. If you enjoy coordinating with clients, agencies, and multiple disciplines through due diligence, site planning, and entitlements, we’d like to talk with you.

You will manage land use applications, coordinate studies, and track deliverables while supporting construction permit processes. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment and diverse project slate await.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in land development with retail clients.
• Degree or cert in land use planning, real estate, or related field.
• Experience with due diligence, site planning, and entitlements.
• Experience coordinating civil, architectural, landscaping, surveying, traffic, and environmental disciplines.
• Ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written/spoken communication and client collaboration.
• Experience evaluating AI tools to improve processes and decision making.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary liaison with clients & agencies through clear communication & representation.
• Conduct due diligence investigations (review agency codes, prepare site plans, interviews, review docs, write reports).
• Prepare and process land use applications (submittals, staff reports, hearings).
• Coordinate acquisition of studies (surveys, traffic, environmental reports).
• Coordinate processing and approval of construction permit applications.
• Track deliverables using standard company forms and procedures.
• Prepare and administer contracts as necessary.
