Signarama Austin is hiring an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping bring signage visions to life and supporting in-house marketing.

The role emphasizes organization, customer focus, and strong communication as you coordinate with production teams, conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and ensure smooth order processing in a dynamic Signarama environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows Office and POS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong proofreading.
• Solid understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and use a computer frequently.
• Experience in sign/design/print is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and provide expert signage advice.
• Conduct offsite client meetings and site surveys.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and gather paperwork.
• Coordinate projects with production, designers and installers.
• Maintain client relationships and manage inquiries promptly.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure order quality.
• Support store operations, reporting and invoicing.
