Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and by phone.
• Assist with banking transactions and account openings while maintaining compliance.
• Support Office Leader and manage operational tasks to ensure efficiency and risk control.
• Refer clients to other areas (Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management) as appropriate.
