You will engage clients in banking discussions, promote a highly engaged experience, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and by phone, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and greet clients entering the office.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and office capture duties while adhering to Pinnacle guidelines and reducing risk.
• Open new accounts, verify credentials, obtain supporting documentation, and support general service (notary, wire transfers, etc.).
• Monitor and manage required reports to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policy and regulations.
• Provide operational support to Office Leader and refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management as appropriate.
