Synovus Financial Corp is seeking a Financial Specialist to deliver distinctive service and act as a single touch point for clients in the Cayce, SC area. You will engage clients in conversations about banking products and solutions, expand relationships, and promote an excellent client experience consistent with Pinnacle Way.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account maintenance, notary services, wires, and other transactions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking regulations a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of multi-tasking under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide distinctive client service in person and by phone; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage client interactions to minimize hand-offs and promote a positive client experience.
• Oversee performance management and coaching for team members; collaborate with Human Resources on staffing and training.
• Maintain risk awareness and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Assist clients with banking transactions, new accounts, notary services, wires, and other deposits or services.
• Refer clients to specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management when appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required.
