Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Licensed Financial Services Representative to guide clients through meaningful financial conversations and deliver exceptional service on the phone. You’ll use your licensed expertise to resolve complex needs with care, build trust, and drive a positive client experience in a collaborative team environment.

Starting compensation for this location ranges from $59,000 to $66,500, with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base pay and eligible earnings.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work 8:00am–4:30pm during training on-site; ability to work various shifts after training.

• Guide clients through meaningful financial conversations with licensed expertise.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening actively and resolving complex needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to strengthen client relationships and uphold Schwab’s service standards.
