Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services experience or sales background is considered.
• Licensing and registrations (FINRA) are required within set timelines.
• Professional and/or military career progression is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to acquire new clients via in-person and digital outreach.
• Understand client needs to craft personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliance.
• Collaborate with branch team to implement and monitor business plans.
• Foster an engaging branch environment based on trust, respect and accountability.
