Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 are required licenses.
• Experience in financial services with a client focus.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP or related designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' and prospects' needs to create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to execute the business plan and drive results.
• Create an engaging, trustworthy branch environment with accountability.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses.
• Provide client support and leverage a broad support network.
