First Interstate Bank is seeking an Associate Community Banker at our Lakeside branch to deliver personalized client service and determine client needs through conversations. You will maintain relationships and reference our Service Commitments while supporting banking products and services.

The role emphasizes serving clients with accurate, compliant service, proactive outreach, and collaboration with other lines of business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and compliance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized client service in person and by phone; address questions and provide solutions.
• Open and maintain basic banking products (checking, savings, CDs) and services.
• Perform teller duties: cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, currency counting.
• Identify referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, etc.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.
