Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to learn and use CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Experience with handling cash and basic financial transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains consumer and basic business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and more.
• Performs teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Handles new consumer loan requests and documents referrals to other lines of business.
• Identifies referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management—documents in CRM.
• Builds relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Ensures accuracy with regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
