Brown & Brown in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and retain an assigned book of commercial insurance clients. You will collaborate with clients, producers, carriers, and internal teammates to ensure accurate coverage and smooth renewal processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with knowledge of Commercial Lines coverage and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. A Florida 2-20 license is required.

Formación

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Insurance License required.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned Commercial Lines accounts.
• Respond to client requests with coverage, endorsements, certificates, billing information and other account needs.
• Review Commercial Lines applications, renewal requests, endorsements, and related documentation for accuracy and adherence to carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare and process binders, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, and other insurance documentation.
• Review policies, endorsements, audits, and related documents to confirm appropriate coverage and rating.
• Support the renewal process by maintaining expiration records and coordinating with producers and carriers.
