Brown Insurance Services Inc. in Florida seeks a Customer Service Representative for commercial lines to deliver exceptional client support, process policy changes, renewals and quotes, and guide clients through the claims process.

Requires a high school diploma and proven insurance experience. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, PTO, health insurance, and 401k match are offered in a family-owned agency setting.

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a commercial lines insurance agency or related industry.
• Thorough understanding of commercial insurance products and policy terms.
• Excellent communication with clients, team members, and carriers.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic, professional client handling.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines insurance, responding to clients concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Process policy changes and additions to meet clients' evolving coverage needs
• Assist clients with insurance policy renewals and rewrites.
• Obtain quotes and coverage options for new policies and policy amendments based on client's needs.
• Review policy with clients.
• Handle policy cancellations and reinstatements while following company guidelines and regulations
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, liaising with the claims department as needed
• Maintain accurate data entry in our management system.
• Educate clients on various commercial insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in commercial insurance to enhance knowledge and service delivery
