Job summary

HUB International in Raleigh, NC seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business with autonomy. You will provide professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and colleagues, aiming to retain and expand accounts.

The role requires collaboration with Producers, adherence to HUB practices, and ongoing engagement with clients and markets. Travel may be required in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Decide on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Collaborate with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of transactions, correspondence, and documentation for accounts.
• Understand clients’ objectives and compare insurance plans for suitability and retention.
• Maintain accurate data in HUB systems and support account retention and growth.
