Responsibilities

• Maintain a book of commercial accounts.
• Coordinate new and renewal commercial lines processing.
• Work with producers to align HUB goals, carrier requirements, and client needs.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for new clients.
• Complete new business applications and drive to policy issue.
• Review new policies for accuracy.
• Process endorsements and renewals with clients and companies.
• Process invoices and credits for agency-billed business.
• Process cancellations per procedures.
• Pursue professional studies and stay current with industry trends.
• Commit to continuing education to improve skills.
• Maintain account files per procedures.
• Gather underwriting, pricing data for submissions.
• Generate reports for management.
• Build relationships with sales, service centers, underwriting and claims.
• Assist in training other employees.
