Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will manage a book of insurance business, providing professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters and HUB colleagues.

The role focuses on retention, producer support and potential new business development. Required are 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and deep knowledge of insurance processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Decide on books of insurance business and advise clients, producers and HUB colleagues.
• Collaborate with Producers on client service, marketing and renewals according to HUB procedures.
• Prepare and implement transactions, documents, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Understand clients’ objectives and compare plans to determine suitability.
• Maintain data accuracy in HUB systems and manage client communications.
