Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage large accounts, develop client relationships, and drive renewal and growth opportunities. You will coordinate service delivery across the policy cycle, collaborate with producers and carriers, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to travel for client meetings 25-50% of the time. A college degree and relevant licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of insurance/agency experience.
• Experience influencing C-level executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• License(s) per state/regional statutes.
• Advanced professional designation desirable (e.g. AIC, AAI, ARM, CIC, CPCU).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of local/regional large account client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell HUB products and services.
• Coordinate delivery of HUB services through the policy cycle, including reviews and risk control.
• Mentor junior account service team members and support producers.
• Travel 25-50% for client meetings.
