• Handle client needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests using product knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and grow client relationships through personalized engagement.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote self-service.
• Refer clients to internal partners as needs are identified.
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing, vault, and balancing.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and workstation organization.
