Hancock Whitney Corp. is seeking a Teller to serve customers at our financial center in Denham Springs, LA. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will promote digital banking tools, educate clients on self-service options, and refer clients to partners to meet financial needs. The role requires a proactive, compliant approach with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, loan payments.
• Respond to client servicing requests such as account maintenance and service charge inquiries.
• Build and grow client relationships through high-quality, personalized interactions in person and via outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to promote self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal partners as financial needs are identified.
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing, vault, night depository, cash drawer setup, balancing.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards; maintain professional standards.
