Job summary

You will build relationships, refer customers to partners, and support branch operations with a strong emphasis on risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, and problem resolution.
• Handle client transactional needs: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to client servicing requests including account maintenance and service charge inquiries.
• Build and grow client relationships through personalized interactions, in person and via outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, and ATM banking) to promote self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal partners as financial needs are identified.
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing procedures and vault management.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards; maintain professionalism and workspace organization.
• Actively manage the lobby by greeting and directing client traffic.
• Perform research, special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.
