Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Banking Specialist III at our Pennsylvania branch to serve as the primary new account and loan representative. You will engage clients with our conversation strategy, uncover needs, and present solutions that align with their financial goals.

In addition to sales and service duties, you will assist with processing paying and receiving transactions, apply careful risk judgement, and maintain a strong client experience through accurate, timely service and detailed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in related banking positions with specialized training.
• One year of related banking experience may be substituted with a 4-year degree.
• Three years of outside sales experience may be considered in lieu of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary new account and loan representative for the branch.
• Demonstrate strong conversational skills using the bank's conversation strategy.
• Conduct conversational discovery to align client needs with suitable solutions.
• Recognize client value and secure commitments in a repeatable process.
• Provide support in processing paying/receiving transactions as needed.
• Maintain sound balance of risk management with client experience.
