Job summary

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will build trust through attentive service, collaborate with branch colleagues, and help clients achieve their financial goals using Chase Mobile and online platforms.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in line with policy and procedures.
