Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
