TD Bank in Charleston, South Carolina seeks a Customer Service Teller to bring TD’s human, relationship-driven banking experience to life. You will be the hospitality ambassador, guiding client flow and delivering accurate, confident everyday transactions so clients feel informed and supported in achieving their financial goals.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, recommending solutions, and referring to partners as appropriate while maintaining TD’s risk controls.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise and clear delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Processes everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions and refers to partners as needed.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Escalates non-standard issues and ensures compliance with TD’s risk and regulatory standards.
