Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military accepted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with conciseness and clarity.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the hospitality ambassador guiding client flow and delivering a high touch client experience.
• Perform accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships.
• Identify client needs and refer clients to appropriate partners.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
