Job summary

TD Bank Group in Bronx, NY seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding traffic, handling everyday banking transactions, and referring clients to specialists as needed.

You will educate clients on products and online tools, maintain risk standards, and support a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.
