• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, issues, and referrals.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador experience and consistent, relationship-driven client service.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions while recommending suitable solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits and adheres to policies.
• Identifies client problems in routine situations and escalates non-standard issues as needed.
