Job summary

TD is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in New York, NY to serve as the hospitality ambassador at the financial center. You will manage client flow, perform everyday banking transactions, and proactively identify client needs while explaining products and self-serve options.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays as required, with opportunities for growth and skill development in a dynamic, risk-aware banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients or in a client-facing role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage client flow at the financial center.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify client needs and refer to suitable partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Educate clients on products and digital tools and offer self-serve options.
• Handle routine requests within established limits and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
