• Strong communication and hospitality to welcome clients to the branch.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and tailoring solutions with branch teammates.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
