Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Provide account servicing and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to meet financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, in line with bank policies.
