Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent - Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or demonstrated via mix of work, training, or education.
• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services - Required.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or related role with proven results.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to responsibilities - Required.
• 6+ months customer service in a high-volume environment - Required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience - Required.
• Strong relationship-building and customer loyalty focus.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer financial needs through transactions and serviced products.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships via branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand financial needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with team and partners to achieve branch goals and performance.
• Provide elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Address concerns and deliver timely resolutions to foster loyalty.
• Engage customers with digital platforms and educate on self-service options.
• Communicate clearly in person, by phone, or digital channels.
• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk policies.
